How are you going "to be" today?

If you want to try something different from your normal daily time management routine ..why not try this?

Today, before making your “to do” list, make your “to be” list.

Create Time for Your Life by thinking about how you want "to be” today! So....write down how you wish to express yourself to your world today. Would you like to be organised, aware of your thinking patterns, entertaining, brave, considerate? Well make a list of your "to be's" , and then write down your " to do 's" beside them..By doing this..there is a much higher chance of you completing your "to do's" with a positive attitude and perhaps from a different angle than normal which may inspire not only yourself but everyone else around you!

3 Powerful Life-Vision Exercises to Discover What you Really Really Want!

Try these 3 simple yet powerful life vision exercises to help  you connect with yourself and discover what you truly want from life.

Rocking Chair Life Vision Exercise

Get out your notebook and settle down and think way way ahead to when you are about 90 years old!  Imagine being 90, happy, healthy and look back over your life and what you have achieved..take all the time you need...write it all down....you no doubt have many many years to cover and many wonderful dreams to act out..

This will give you a broad life vision - and point to your key life values which will help you to identify your inner values.



Get Perspective Vision Exercise

Once again in your notebook, detail where you want to be in 10 years.
Do the same for 5 years, then 2 then 1 and then in 3 months time from now!

This exercise deliberately works back from 10 years to the present day...by doing this you will get a sense of what you need to do NOW in order to make your 10 year goals actually happen!

3 Month Vision Worksheet

Consider where you would like to be in 3 months time in certain key areas in your life.
e.g.  your Personal Life, Home and Family, Health and Well-being, Career). Then jot down any obstacles which you think will get in the way of you achieving these goals.....also jot down who you think you need to be in order to reach your goals...then ACT AS IF you are already that person!!


If you do these three exercises in sequence like this, I promise you will get a broad overview
of the vision you wish for your life and be able to bring it right back to the present/immediate future. This will help you focus on what you need NOW to get moving in the next 3 months that fits beautifully into the overall vision you have for your life.
