Write a list of all the things that you appreciate about them.
Don´t forget to mention that you appreciate the fact that they have actually given you a small push to search for more positivity in your own life......because that is actually what they are doing for you!! (see there is always a positive side to everything!!)
As you focus completely on the things you appreciate about that person, you will find that you not only reduce your feelings towards their negativity but at the same time, you will be drawing not only positive people towards you but more positivity into your life in general.Soo.... Get yourself onto the *appreciation frequency* and you will soon find you have surrounded yourself with people who are in a positive state of mind...
Remember...you may feel that someone is being constantly negative...but normally we cant change them...we can only change our attitude towards their negativity...and in changing ourselves...they may just catch on too!
