Finding Your INNER DIVA!!

Thought you might enjoy thinking about some of the reasons why we ladies sometimes struggle and feel overwhelmed and disconnected to ourselves and others...

Sometimes,It s because we are not CONNECTED to our INNER DIVA!

We have become so accustomed to trying to SHIFT and CHANGE our lives by searching for equality:

We are constantly

Trying to find a better job
Make more money
Find “MR RIGHT”
Lose weight
Look after our extended family - parents, children, husbands, bosses!
Be a top chef,cleaner, fashion icon, manager, driver and many other roles.

Because of this we are STRETCHED in every direction like an elastic band and then POP we end up used and shriveled in the corner! Sometimes we´ve spent so much time basically trying to change EVERYTHING about ourselves - that eventually the plates that we´ ve been working so hard to keep spinning, come crashing to the ground and it seems that just when we´ve found mastery in one area of our lives, things can fall apart in the other.

Just when your CAREER is cruising along at full speed, you realise that your SEX LIFE has broken down by the side of the road or... when you finally manage to create a sense of balance in the HOME and a strong connection with your family and kids, you wake up one morning to discover that you can no longer do up your jeans!! This imbalance can leave us SEE-SAWING between feelings of complete EXHILARATION and then utter POWERLESSNESS!! You see,when the approach we are using to attain SUCCESS is out of alignment with our TRUE natures , our emotions become STRESSED and that affects the outcomes we ATTRACT!

Common scenarios like those i mentioned above, suggest that while we girls most certainly have come a LONG way, we still have a LONG way to go to create the 100% fulfilment that we are searching for! We have been looking for SO long for equality, we have lost our true FEMININE selves!

You see the MASCULINE approach to success worked well for us in the BEGINNING and was a necessary step in our search for equality. However, the way men go about achieving THEIR goals is NOT how WE should be going about attaining OUR goals!

OUR generation of women, have taken on more and more of a MALE outlook in life and it s not working for us....but NOW.....thanks to the tips from the generations of the female DIVAS from a few decades ago,we are now getting poised to take the next step forward towards the realisation of our FULL FEMININE power!

And Soooo.... We are looking to get BACK our JOY, COMPASSION, SUCCESS and ABUNDANCE and we ARE! HOWEVER, unfortunately, since most of us are like vases in a predominately MALE dominated culture, the DIVA has not only NOT been talked about...she has been SUPPRESSED!!

Soooo... let´ s look at a new way of “how to be”

- one that embraces our NATURAL feminine power and one that will create the happiness, abundance,connection and success in every area of our lives!

Let´s learn how to unlock and embrace our INNER DIVA!! Let´s return to our TRUE FEMININE POWER and release the OLD ways we used to sympathetically create power that no longer serves us!! Lets find the BALANCE within us that´s in alignment with our FEMININE natures..This connection back to our true feminine power has always existed and now it is time for us to get it back!

We women have not EMBRACED our inner feminine nature or embodied the guidelines necessary to create the lives we want with ELEGANCE and FLOW!!

You see, when you get yourself into the thoughts a DIVA, your life begins to work in ways you never imagined!!

Ladies, you don´t have to struggle!! It´s your right to Create The Time For Your Life and achieve abundance in ALL areas of your life.. You can LEARN to create a life of joy, time, support, money and energy. All you have to do is reconnect with your inner DIVA!

Here are a few ideas to unlocking the door to your feminine inner self

1.RELEASE....

Releasing and receiving go hand in hand.. We must LET GO to clear space in order for the new to enter. The DIVA embodies BOTH as part of the creative process!!

Sooo.. what are YOU willing to RELEASE in your life so that you can bring in more of what you DESIRE

2.INTERCONNECTEDNESS

You need to experience (some of you for the very first time) the feeling of DEEP connection to yourself and to one another.. When you are feeling connected, you are primed for accepting anything in the material world.

Soooo...LEARN how to allow yourself to be supported by others so you can FEEL the connection to EVERYONE in your life! This is a big one for most women and when you can CONNECT with one another and join together as a COMMUNITY you are in the balanced state of the feminine self!

Sooo...What can you ASK for help with and what can you do to GIVE help to others?

3.RECEIVING

A DIVA not only expects..but is fully OPEN to receiving the gifts AWAITING her! You need to understand and release the thoughts and excuses that stop you from allowing yourself to receive.

4 IMAGINING

IMAGINE what it would feel like to have harmony in ALL areas of your life. The DIVA knows how to have balance in all areas of life and those of you that have EASE and FLOW will already know what it feels like to feel abundance. Do you know WHY you are happy and connected to your field of energy?

5.ELEGANCE AND FLOW

A DIVA doesn't FORCE her way through life, nor does she struggle to “make it happen”!!.. Instead she basks in the flow and grace of life. She heeds the call of inspired action ... and is in a place of ease and elegance!!

6. SELF LOVE

The greatest gift we can give ourself is unconditional love. From caring for yourself, all good flows..DIVAS know that their outer skin is a direct reflection of the HONOR and AFFINITY they hold of themselves.

So.... what does the EMPOWERED and FEMININE Diva look and feel like.. There are no words to describe it. There is only EXPERIENCE!

7.INTUITIVENESS

The SEED of the DIVA S power is her “intuition”. She HONORS and TRUSTS that small voice within her...that inner guidance! She can then shift her outer skin and translate it to creating the life she desires!!

SOOO....how about trying meditation to help you on your way! You could use mediation to IMAGINE and EXPECT...think the thoughts of a DIVA and feel the feelings of a DIVA. At those times be aware of yourself - your female thoughts, your body AND your positive energy.. and remember men love it.. men LOVE DIVA energy It is in your SEXINESS and feminine VULNERABILITY.. that your power truly lies!!!

SOME TIME MANAGEMENT TIPS!!

Do you sometimes feel that you dont have enough TIME in the day. Are you getting WORKED UP trying to fit everything in that you know you NEED to do! Are you STRUGGLING to meet deadlines and pulling your hair out as you realise you can only push yourself to finnish a job spec if you know you have an extremely TIGHT deadline to meet!!

Is it possible that you have “poor time management skills”? Or do you think that this is "just the person you are"!! Are you JEALOUS of your colleagues who always seem to be "cruising"!!

Well the truth is, MANAGING YOUR TIME is a SKILL, and one which you can PRACTICE.

SOOOO.....true to form, I am going to give you some TIME MANAGEMENT TIPS!!

The tips are SIMPLE yet HUGELY effective!! ...

1...Make a TO DO LIST

Your TO DO list takes a lot of PRESSURE off yourself. Instead of WORRYING around lunchtime about what you re to do NEXT, you ll IMMEDIATELY know what it is you ve to achieve and complete during the day!!It takes less than five minutes to make a to-do list first thing each day or at the end of the day – but it can save you HOURS of wasted time during a day. Don’t get STUCK on making your to-do list PERFECT. Just jot down, in a few words, any tasks which you want to get done. You can WRITE out your to-do list on PAPER, in an ONLINE CALENDER, or in a specific piece of SOFTWARE – whatever works for you.

Soo...go on.. TRY IT!!: What s on your mind for today and tomorrow? Get them onto paper.

2: Pick One to Three IMPORTANT Tasks

Having at to-do list is a great BEGINNING. But if you’re like MOST people, your list probably contains more items than you can get done in ONE day – lets face it...we always get interrupted and distracted!! Most people tend to PRIORITISE by URGENCY AND PANIC: we make a start on whatever’s flashing at us loud enough.. probably something that s due today or tomorrow. It might not be a very big task and it might not even be TRULY urgent. (Can’t that email wait a few hours? Do you have to answer ALL your calls as they come in?) In the morning, decide which item is the most important. Then, pick another ONE or TWO tasks. Get these out of the way first, and you’ll find that all the urgent stuff still gets done.

Soo..go on... TRY IT!!: Pick ONE important task to get done today – something which will give you a sense of SATISFACTION when you complete it.

3: REDUCE PROCRASTINATION

A LITTLE bit of procrastination is probably inevitable – and ALLOWED. Often, when you’re idling, your SUBCONSCIOUS is still trying to solve a problem. Too MUCH procrastination, though, can be a BIG problem. If you PUT OFF lots of tasks in the day and therefore waste CHUNKS of the day because you can’t force yourself to tackle certain items on your list, you may well end up working very long hours in order to get through everything. Procrastination is also STRESSFUL: you KNOW that you’re supposed to be working, so you really CAN T just switch off. If you find yourself wasting a lot of time, look for ways to MINIMISE the distractions that lead to procrastination.

BLOCK websites which eat into your time.
Turn off your internet connection while you’re writing.
Don’t start reading a trade magazine or long article kidding yourself that you’ll only read for ten minutes, when you ve an assignment to get finnished.

Sooo....go on...TRY IT!!: Ask YOURSELF what you’re wasting time on. Which METHOD are you going to use to avoid putting off what you know you should be doing!!

4: Work in SHORT BURSTS!!

When you try to work solidly for hours on end, you inevitably end up getting tired and distracted. HOWEVER if you work in short, FOCUSSED bursts, you can get a huge amount done.

Some highly successful people will write, non-stop, for only ten minute bursts at a time. It doesn’t sound like much – but their word count soon adds up. You’ll probably want to work in longer bursts (maybe 30 minutes or an hour).

It s a well-known adage that work EXPANDS to fill the time available . When you know you’ve only got half an hour to clear your inbox, you work faster. You’ve almost certainly experienced this before: perhaps when you had a deadline coming up, or when you were trying to get something finished off before 5pm on a Friday.

SOO..go on.. TRY IT: With your next task, set a TIMER for 30 minutes and see how far you can get!

5: LOG YOUR DAY

This is a slightly more involved technique, so I’ve saved it for last!

If you’ve tried out the other tips on this list and you want to improve your time management even further, then try keeping a time log.
A TIME LOG is simply a RECORD of what you’re doing and when.

8am – Started on emails
8.30am – Finished emails. Read online news site.
8.40am – Started big report

Write down your log on paper, or keep a spreadsheet. Alternatively, if you work mainly on a computer, you can track your time using a software application like Rescue Time. This won’t be foolproof, but can give you a good starting point for seeing where your time is going. Tracking your time can seem tedious – but it’s a great way to become more CONSCIOUS of how you spend the day.

LOGGING ITSELF often helps people to avoid procrastinating, just like keeping a food log often helps dieters lose weight without even trying.

WHAT IS ...... LETING GO? WHAT TO LET GO OF AND HOW TO DO IT!!

LETTING GO is the opposite of HOLDING ON!! If you learn to LET GO, then it will make you..OPEN, RECEPTIVE,FREE AND FLEXIBLE!! That s how you will feel in a PHYSICAL sense but it is also how you will feel in a PSYCHOLOGICAL sense, in , say PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, and SELF IMPROVEMENT.

When we HOLD ON to issues, then we are contracted, closed, inaccessible,locked and inflexible. When we hold on to something, then we are using up our ENERGY and ATTENTION. The things we can do BESIDES holding on are actually quite limited!! This is true both PHYSICALLY (when we hold onto somethig with our hand) and MENTALLY .. when we hold on emotionally or in some other way.. it might be an unpleasant feeling or thought, some expectation or some LIMITING BELIEF!!

HOLDING ON is TIRING.. it is inflexible and pretty soon being so tensed up becomes unpleasant!!

LETTING GO however...is RELAXING!! When we LET GO then we stop usng energy. We can make decisions!! LETTING GO allows everyting to be the way it IS.. allowing ourselves to be the way we ARE!!


SOO .. WHAT IS LETTING GO?


Try grabbing something with your hand..anything that will not break when you hold onto it or let go of it.. it mIght be a pen, your keys, an apple or your clothes.. Hold onto it.. Hold it really TIGHTLY.. Can you feel how your hand is CONTRACTING.. how much ENERGY you are using.. How your ATTENTION is PREOCCUPIED with the thing you are holding on to and with holding on in itself.. You COULD do other things while you are holding on, you could probably cook a meal if you really wanted to but you could not be able to fully use both hands and neither would you be able to use a 100 percent of your attention on cooking because if you did, you would automatically let go!! When you are HOLDING ON, you are locked and limited!


NOW.. try letting go of the thing you are holding onto... Having let go.. please consider..What did you do to let go... Not very much !! what you did actually was just THIS...you DECIDED to let go .. in other words you CHOSE to LET GO and then you RELAXED!! THIS IS WHAT LETTING GO IS!!

When you ve let go, you have actually reverted to your NATURAL STATE OF BEING!.. This is what it feels like to be YOU when you are not exerting yourself!!

Apart from surviving physically, what is it that we really WANT in life it s not really about the money, social status or material things.. No in actual fact it is much SIMPLER than that. What we REALLY want is this..A PLEASANT FEELING INSIDE!!

THAT S IT.. it is as simple as that. We want to feel GOOD .. We want to feel HAPPY. In other words, we want SECURITY, JOY, INNER PEACE or FEELING WHOLE AND COMPLETE. LETTING GO is the quickest and most direct way HOME to that state!!

WHAT YOU CAN LET GO OF!

You can let go of ANYTHNG that you are HOLDING ON TO!! Everything that you are using ENERGY
and ATTENTION on. Everything that has you LOCKED DOWN or is LIMITING you!! This includes,
THOUGHTS, BELIEFS, FEELINGS, HABITS,NEEDS and MORE..

Do you have a bad habit? Maybe you eat too much chocolate, maybe you smoke, maybe you feel you talk too much!! WEll you can LET GO of that habit.

Do you hold a GRUDGE or feel ASHAMED about something that happened years ago.. Maybe you were hurt or you hurt somebody..Well you can LET GO of these feelings.

Are you afraid of HEIGHTS, WATER, OR SPIDERS? Or are you afraid of not having enough money, love or security? You can let go of those fears and that mistrust!


SOOO.. go on..ANYTHING THAT YOU HAVE PICKED UP AND WHICH IS NOW LIMITING YOU....LET GO OF IT!!

HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN IT IS TIME TO LET GO?

In one sentence.... When you feel any kind of unpleasantness or discomfort. You can definitely consider unpleasantness or discomfort a clear sign that it is time to LET GO!!

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU LET GO?

You will free yourself.. You stop feeling locked down You stop using energy and attention.. You will RELAX. You get back to being YOU. You will feel more whole, happy, loving and at PEACE because these feelings ARE your NATURAL state of being.

LETTING GO IS VERY VERY ATTRACTIVE!!!

WILL YOU LOSE WHAT YOU ARE HOLDING ON TO??

NO!! It is a very common fear though! Letting go and losing something are two completely different things.. They have nothing to do with each other!

What actually happens is quite the opposite...when you let go of something you become FREE to CHOOSE..At any time you can still CHOOSE the thing you were holding onto!!

Lets say that you are holding onto an old grudge and because of this grudge, you have a strong feeling of dislike towards another person.. Even if you let go of your grudge and stop disliking that other person, you can still start disliking them again ANY TIME YOU CHOOSE!! But you no longer HAVE to dislike the other person or let them bug you... you have LOST nothing but you have GAINED your FREEDOM!!


sooo... Feel Free to Let Go of Anything!! You can basically let go of anything that LIMITS YOU from being YOU!! Things that don t LIMIT you.. you cannot let go of!! If you can let go of it, then you dont really need it!!
