Are you experiencing the LOSS of a loved one,your business/ job or a relationship?

I am sure you will agree that Life as we know too well is definitely NOT "a bowl of cherries "and sometimes it is indeed "the pits!!" Things BOTH good and bad get thrown at us unexpectedly. We cruise along just fine with everything going our way, then, suddenly - we take a BIG nose-dive.

Don t you think that how we FEEL about OURSELVES ultimately affects whether we can simply pick ourselves UP and move ON ...or not? Wouldn't you agree that MAJOR breakups, failures of businesses and the LOSS of someone we care about,can all act in a severe way on our ability to push onwards and upwards?

Sometimes we just don't feel CAPABLE of dealing with certain situations including ..dealing with our own EMOTIONS. As a result, we often become stuck in a RUT and not able to move forward. Death, divorce or even an "empty nest" can completely knock us for six in dealing with any other areas of our routine existence.

Such losses can affect even the most BASIC things.. such as living arrangements and it can also impact on WORK, FINANCIAL SECURITY and our PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS. There is large hole that needs to be filled but in times of LOSS, we can feel incapable of filling it..

If a relationship was involved, the loss can be ESPECIALLY deep. Our ENTIRE life may have revolved around this other individual. Now we are faced with the prospect of starting all over again! Even knowing WHERE to begin can be a major challenge that can send us spiraling downwards.

Loss is not restricted to the disappearance of SOMEONE from our lives. Loss can also weigh heavily when a BUSINESS goes BUST or we lose our JOB. Either situation can be DEVASTATING. We feel powerless and trapped.

However, as in a case of divorce or in times of bereavement, if we don't get the RIGHT kind of help to move forward with our lives, we can be faced POTENTIALLY with physical and mental health issues. No matter what TYPE of loss we suffer, one thing remains clear. ..We MUST move FORWARD... doesn't matter how SLOWLY .. just a little bit at a time will help..

Our lives DESERVE to be filled with the BEST we can offer - including happiness, inner-calm and reaching our TRUE potential.

Soooooo.. WHAT TO DO? Create Time For YOUR Life....that´s what!!

The most helpful thing you can do at times like this is to turn to a LIFE COACH. A coach can help ANYONE coping with loss by GUIDING them to EXAMINE and DISCOVER what is not working in their lives. Life coaches can help you find out why this is so and work WITH you in helping you discover the right direction for YOU.

They ´ll then work with you to plot a FEASIBLE plan to achieve your goals. Furthermore, they help you do this by helping you access the source of the BLOCKS or LIMITATIONS affecting your ability to progress. They can help you discover what´s holding you BACK and SUPPORT you during your progression from that point to where you want to go.

It´s important to remember your loss is not an end unto itself. How would you feel if i suggested that you try to accept that it is "but the closing of a chapter in a book called ..LIFE." It´ s helpful to understand this and move forward.
